Ocean Land Investments (OLI) was founded in the 1990s by Jean Francois Roy upon his move to South Florida from his native Canada. For more than 25 years, Jean Francois and his team have focused on investing with a long-term approach in prime waterfront properties that could be redeveloped with neighborhood and community support. With a philosophy of building lasting relationships with property owners, neighbors and civic leaders, Ocean Land Investments has achieved an enviable record of success and an unsurpassed reputation for integrity, while remaining virtually debt free.
