This 5.96 acre parcel , purchased by OLI in 2007, contains beautiful oceanfront property as well as an intracoastal setting. The Pompano Beach Resort will host a Marina and two raised bridge's over A1A to connect the properties. With all zoning approvals now in place, the first of the three buildings, a Hilton Hotel, will begin construction Winter 2008. This project will be LEED certified. |
