Mark Issenman has come to South Florida while conducting a successful real estate career in Montreal, Canada. He has been the President of a Canadian real estate development company and directed the construction and redevelopment of more than 40 residential and commercial projects.
These projects included commercial office buildings, entertainment centers such as ice hockey arenas, and shopping centers. Mark’s residential real estate experience includes multi and single-family developments as well as senior living residences.
He has over 33 years of experience in real estate investment and development in Canada and the United States and has been a business partner of Jean Francois Roy since 1982.
Mark holds a degree in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, serves on the board of a non-profit youth organization and is a volunteer advisor to small business groups.
