J Nicholas "Nick" Boyd, Vice President of Finance has practiced for 17 years in "The Big Four" public accounting world, with a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting.
Ana Chaparro, Corporate Controller is originally from Lima, Peru where she graduated with a B.A. in accounting. Ana came to the U.S. in 1983.
Nick was in charge of the Ocean Land account for 4 years before leaving Public Accounting to join Ocean Land Investments in 2000. "....this was a perfect match for me as I had always specialized in flow-thru entity taxation in the Real Estate Industry".

With a Master's Degrees in Tax and Information Systems Technology, Nick is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Indiana and Florida.

He takes pride in giving back to the community and has been a board member for a wide variety of charitable organizations.

Nick is an avid scuba diver with advanced open water & mixed gas certifications, which he combines with a true passion for underwater photography. He also enjoys woodworking.
